Por tanto, tambi\u00e9n es necesario unir a las personas que pertenecen a la plataforma empresarial (para simplificarlo, considera la plataforma empresarial como un grupo de empresas detr\u00e1s de una \u00fanica marca), centrarse en las acciones y conectar a los p\u00fablicos clave en torno a una idea sencilla y convincente que sintetice la <em>raz\u00f3n de ser<\/em> de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La necesidad de la ciudadan\u00eda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy en d\u00eda, existe un espacio difuso entre las dimensiones social y empresarial. Resources are scarce, people are more rational with their consumption, commitment to the environment is entropic.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:quote -->\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>The limits are a fact.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<!-- \/wp:quote -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>In addition, these situations often generate a sort of tectonic shifts in corporate culture that end up impacting the organisation's performance. Therefore, it is also necessary to unite people who belong to the business platform (to keep it simple, consider the business platform as a group of companies behind a single brand), focus on actions and connect key audiences around a simple and compelling idea that synthesises the <em>raison d'\u00eatre<\/em> of the company.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading -->\n<h2>The Need for Citizenship<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Today, there is a blurred space between the social and business dimensions. It must capture the true power of its purpose brought to life in every idea, in every action. And this goes beyond a succinct and superficial brand redesign exercise.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Purpose is what supports and nourishes the life-force of the organization giving energy and relevance to the company and its brand.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3>The Need for Always-On Transformation<\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Due to digitisation-driven new business models, markets and customer needs, the sources of disruption grow faster than our ability to \"absorb and digest\" them.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>This has \"transformed transformation\" into a must and, as a result, purpose becomes even more important, providing consistency, coherence, clarity, and power.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:quote -->\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Being a purpose-driven company provides an emotional bond that produces greater commitment.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<!-- \/wp:quote -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>In this sense, purpose serves as a compass that gives direction, linking and driving transformation efforts in a way that is understood by everyone.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3>The Need for Digital Everywhere in Business Environment<\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The idea of community has also been affected by the transformation processes, although as people we need to be connected.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Digitisation allows us to connect in multiple ways that facilitate how we interact with each other.
