The Challenge

To creatively find a new way to connect with parishioners in order to enhance the missionary work -made by the priests, and the work that Parish Caritas does.

Our Answer

We developed a practical approach to solutions, talking – offline and online – with priests, parishioners and church neighbours.

That led to:

  • A new website
  • A new newsletter
  • Other new ways of communicating and fundraising

In addition, we maintained and managed the new solutions to ensure that it remained alive and fulfilled its objectives.

The Results

We managed the marketing and communication efforts of Santa María del Bosque, achieving unexpected positive results:

  • New communication material
  • 10,000 visits per year to the Church’s website 
  • Online surveys to organise events of interest
  • Improved relationship of parishioners with their Church
  • Increased participation and presence at Church events
  • Increased income – fundraising
  • Increased interest in the work of Caritas – and income
  • Online Masses – during 2020 lockdown
